1. PURPOSE
This document aims to establish the General Conditions of Use of the Portal airtaxivigo.com (hereinafter the Portal), owned by AIR TAXI VIGO, Lugar Santradan 48 San Adrian de Cobres, Vilaboa Pontevedra (Spain), with email address webtaxista@gmail.com, Tax ID number 77405378M.
The owner of the Portal reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation in force at any time, case law developments, and common market practices. Not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid structures,” or any other form of solicitation, except in areas specifically designed for it.
Not introduce or disseminate false, ambiguous, or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
Not disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that involves a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to the owners of the Portal or third parties.
Not include on our pages content that indicates or promotes sexual, racial, religious discrimination or any other violation of fundamental rights and freedoms recognized by the laws of Spain.
3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

7. DURATION AND TERMINATION

8. LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters relating to the Portal are governed by Spanish laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo.
